How do I send logs to CognisantMD?

Most errors are visible to CognisantMD administrators automatically. However, we occasionally need to ask your help to send logs from your tablet.

To do so, tap the cog on the bottom left corner of the tablet main screen. Enter your Ocean credentials and choose "view logs" from the menu. You'll see a button to send the logs to CognisantMD at the bottom. Tap it and you're done.
