Accessing eReferral Analytics

There are 2 ways to access eReferral analytic data from the Ocean portal: from the Admin tab or the eRequests tab. 

Admin Tab

Once you've navigated to the Admin tab, select the "Reports" section from the menu along the left.

Then, select "Export" under the "Export Referral Analytic Data" section. You can either:

  • Pick a date range to view study data within a specific time period,
  • Leave the start date blank to view study data from the study start to a specific date,
  • Leave the end date blank to view study data from the a specific date onwards, or 
  • Leave both dates blank to view all study data ever collected.

This will export your data in a .csv file that can be opened using Excel. For more information about each analytic field, please refer to this article.

 

 eRequests Tab

Once you've navigated to the eRequests tab, expand the Actions menu at the bottom left. Then select "Export Referrals".

Again, you can either:

  • Pick a date range to view study data within a specific time period,
  • Leave the start date blank to view study data from the study start to a specific date,
  • Leave the end date blank to view study data from the a specific date onwards, or 
  • Leave both dates blank to view all study data ever collected.

This will export your data in a .csv file that can be opened using Excel.
